Rosendo Briones' extensive career in commercial sound, video distribution and drive drive-thru experience over the last 20 years provided the environment that led to his realization that consumers desire quality, full service solutions that enable them to keep their equipment working at a peak performance levels. With the experience gained while owning and operating a successful Electronic Security company for several years and with the continuous emergence of QSR's in the central Texas area, Rosendo decided to move forward with opening a business where his expertise and hometown values of quality and customer service and ideas of always "doing it better" will be the focus of "keeping customers for life".

Diana Tellez Briones, has been a Registered Nurse for 18 years. Her career as a dedicated and professional nurse and gradual transition as Manager and Regional Director of a nationwide health plan has shown how she has been able to succeed in professional achievements. She is also a person who cares about people and the community.
