If you are experiencing a problem with your Sound system, Video system, paging system or wireless drive-thru equipment, you should contact the BAVT service center at (512) 989-2738 or e-mail Service@brionesaudiovideo.com. A service customer will assist you via a phone conversation. If service is needed. A time schedule ETA will be confirmed with customer. A qualified drive-thru service technician will then be dispatched. We have the ability to respond within 24 hours and our technicians are trained in each of our product lines and are certified in order to meet our standards and your service needs. We also have a troubleshooting guide available on our website as well. We are able to service and repair all makes and models of drive-thru communication equipment. BAVT also offers a loaner equipment program at a minimal charge if your drive-thru equipment should require to be repaired. The majority of our customers choose to pay for services as needed, but we offer another option as another one of our quality solutions. BAVT offers monthly service plans with no contract required. Under this contract, we will provide replacement of defective equipment to help you get working equipment to your store more quickly. If equipment is under warranty or a service contract, the customer will identify the serial number on the defective unit, BAVT will authorize its return, and a replacement unit will be sent or delivered to the customer immediately. Under our drive-thru system maintenance program, we will provide replacement of your 3M, Panasonic or HME wireless and hardwired drive-thru components.Technicians are available to troubleshoot your system and ship or deliver an advance replacement or dispatch a quality service technician as needed. We also will not require you to enroll in a monthly service plan when you purchase a new system. BAVT will also conduct a free site equipment survey in order to assure the needs of our customers are being met and that a client database may be built and updated regularily. We will measure response time, quality of work performed, pricing structure and any additional helpful feedback from our customers. This will help us to ensure that we are meeting and maintaining the level of service that we promise to each of our valued customers
